This role requires 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, plus a valid driver’s license. Join a collaborative team and support ongoing property improvements.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep the property looking its best with painting and carpentry projects.
• Tackle emergencies and respond promptly with on-call rotation.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
