Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III for a part-time role based in Minneapolis, MN. Shifts run 10am–3pm, Monday–Friday (25 hours/week).

The position involves HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing work, and coordinating with vendors to uphold building standards. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, with four years in multi-family or commercial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform demanding maintenance tasks.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing or fixtures is preferred.
• Must provide own hand tools listed in the job post.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work on-call and overtime as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Complete basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures repairs.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring building/equipment maintenance.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Attend relevant trainings and ensure certifications are current.
• On-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
