Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III for our Minneapolis property. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week, with shifts 10am-3pm, Monday through Friday.

Requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience and 4 years in multi-family or commercial maintenance. The job involves HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing tasks and on-call maintenance. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, strong

• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Four years in multi-family or commercial building maintenance or related work.

Responsabilités

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to meet company standards and legal requirements.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on maintenance projects and ensure proper inventory of tools and supplies.
• Maintain professional conduct with residents, vendors, and colleagues; provide on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
