You will manage pools, spas, grounds, and respond to after-hours calls, with a must-have HVAC and EPA certification and at least two years of property maintenance experience. On-call rotation and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA certifications required.
• Experience with plumbing and pool/spa maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility for on-call rotation and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance make-readies and turn apartments.
• Maintain pools and spas and test chemicals.
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain property grounds and equipment on site.
