Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year maintenance experience, preferably in apartment industry.
• EPA Type I and II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of work area.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, vendors and supervisors.
• Adhere to budget guidelines and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with hazard communications program and safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds and property to minimize liability and uphold standards.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and maintenance turns.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and logs.
• Document issues and keep accurate records.
