Job summary

Atlantic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community at Lumen Doraville in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be EPA-certified (or willing to obtain certification with our support) and have hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

EPA-certified (or willing to become certified with company support).
Experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Background in multifamily or residential property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the company and residents’ welfare.
Report to the supervisor each morning and as requested, for work assignments and timely completion.
Provide 24-hour Emergency Service by participating in an on-call rotation.
Inform the supervisor of needed parts and supplies.
Leave notices in residents' apartments stating reasons for entrance and work performed.
