Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair is required.
• EPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Prepare units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Ensure maintenance tools and supplies are well organized and properly stored.
• Assist with groundskeeping and ensure curb appeal.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
