South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical standards of our properties. You will perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, and support make-ready inspections for new resident move-ins.

You must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires flexibility, weekend/on-call availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at the community.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections.
• Ensure make-ready readiness for new move-ins.
• Respond to resident service requests with a customer-first attitude.
