You will handle routine work orders, appliance repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep units market-ready and compliant with company standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work weekends and on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable and practical maintenance skills across building systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience with routine work orders, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine work orders at the community, including appliance repair and on-call tickets.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct inspections.
