Congregate Management Services Inc. is seeking a Part Time Property Maintenance Technician to service 46 units in Morningside. The role includes routine preventive maintenance and a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, with a rotating on-call schedule.

Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the site, be physically able to lift 50 lbs, and hold a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k + Matching, AFLAC and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance functions: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Completing work orders
• Refurbishing turnovers
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Emergency On-Call rotation (24/7)
