Job summary

Congregate Management Services Inc. in Morningside is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to handle routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting.

You will complete work orders, refurbish turnovers, assist cleaning of common spaces, maintain grounds, and support snow removal. A 24/7 emergency on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the site.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb and reach.
• Valid State Driver's License and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Complete work orders and refurbish turnovers.
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when necessary.
• Maintain grounds and perform snow removal as required.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.
