You will establish preventive maintenance programs, inspect equipment, supervise staff, and prepare unit make-readies. Responsibilities include scheduling and training maintenance personnel, prioritizing work orders, managing inventory and purchases, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to perform in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, trains, supervises, and evaluates maintenance personnel.
• Prioritizes work orders and follows up on assignments for timely completion.
• Supports after-hours Emergency Call program and manages company-owned equipment.
• Participates in make-readies of vacant units and conducts regular inspections.
• Prepares purchase orders and ensures preventive maintenance procedures are followed.
• Assists in unit inspections and maintenance across grounds, custodial, and emergency tasks.
