Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Havelock, NC area to oversee daily property upkeep and lead maintenance staff. You will establish preventive maintenance programs, inspect units and building systems, and manage work orders to keep grounds, facilities, and units in top condition.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Experience with administrative reporting and Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Support after-hours emergency call program.
• Manage company-owned equipment and small tools.
• Participate in make-readies for vacant units and inspect property.
• Prepare purchase orders and procure parts and supplies.
• Ensure preventive maintenance procedures are followed.
• Assist in unit inspections and overall maintenance tasks.
• Support Maintenance and Community Directors as needed.
