Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to support on-site property operations in Beaufort, South Carolina. The role covers COM/work orders, general building upkeep, and safety-compliant repairs across residential units, office spaces, and common areas.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, install appliances, manage tools, drive or use company vehicles as needed, and respond to after-hours requests with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills evaluated.
• Basic computer literacy and English writing skills required.
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete COM work and maintenance tasks.
• Transport, install, and connect appliances.
• Load and unload trucks and other conveyances.
• Move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrows or hand trucks.
• Maintain tools and vehicle inventory as prescribed.
• Respond to and complete on-call after-hour emergency repairs.
