Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to assist the Maintenance Director in keeping the Bremerton property safe, attractive, and comfortable. You will support preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and staff supervision to ensure units and facilities stay in good condition.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, make-readies, and resident-ready units. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in building maintenance, and EPA 608/OSHA-10

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Advanced training in building maintenance or management preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• OSHA-10 Training required.
• Yardi experience or knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage the maintenance budget and control expenses within guidelines.
• Schedule and supervise all maintenance staff and ensure required training.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion and quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and perform regular property inspections.
