Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee curb appeal, grounds maintenance, and site personnel for our Seguin community.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic MS Outlook skills; HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math and ability to interpret simple graphs.
• Beginner MS Outlook experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and common areas.
• Supervise contractors at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain maintenance records and tool readiness.
• Provide service for common amenities.
