Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable maintenance technician to uphold property appearance and safety, assist residents, and present the company professionally.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenses, daily grounds inspection, preparing vacant units, completing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely work. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, HVAC/EPA preferred, and basic computer skills with MS Outlook

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret basic instructions and communicate one-on-one or in small groups.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Beginner MS Outlook and MS Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep costs below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform maintenance of all units.
• Complete preventative maintenance and address service requests promptly.
• Maintain equipment, tools and ensure safety at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
