Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide on-site upkeep at our residential communities. You will handle general maintenance, customer service, and present the company professionally at all times.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience, and basic computer skills. HVAC/EPA certification is a plus. This role offers generous PTO and a $200 boot allowance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and spoken English。」
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Basic MS Outlook and MS Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses to stay under budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Perform unit turns, painting, and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors at the site.
• Provide after-hours emergency resident support.
• Document maintenance records for units and site.
• Maintain tools and replacement parts in working condition.
