Job summary

Kittle Property Group seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for curb appeal, daily maintenance, and site management. Duties include inspecting grounds, preparing units for occupancy, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely service.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills (MS Outlook). Some HVAC certification is preferred; on-site work in Allen, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and curb appeal.
• Supervise contractors and provide emergency resident support after hours.
