Job summary

Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in Colorado Springs.

You will lead a maintenance team, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, and oversee work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory or lead experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Proven troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Experience with apartment turns and preventative maintenance programs.
• EPA/HVAC or CPO certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
