Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of maintenance staff, ensure safe operation of building systems, and uphold safety procedures across multiple properties. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Ideal candidates bring strong team leadership, safety awareness, and experience in facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety) and report hazards to the Community Manager.
• Maintain safety standards; train team members on safety procedures.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for building interiors, exteriors, pools, and equipment.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure vacant units are market-ready within 7 days.
• Supervise contractors, inspect work for quality and safety, and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
