Job summary

The Morgan Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of skilled members in a multifamily community. You will ensure safe, efficient maintenance and adherence to procedures while guiding staff and coordinating with management.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities across our properties.

Qualifications

• High School or better required.
• Strong organizational and verbal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Experience in maintenance within property management or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members to ensure safe work and quality service.
• Monitor building systems and report hazards to Community Manager.
• Maintain safety procedures and training for staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for interior/exterior areas and equipment.
• Respond to service requests promptly and ensure market readiness of vacant units.
