Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across maintenance and safety operations for our Texas properties. You will oversee preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure adherence to all safety and operational manuals.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance within property management, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards. On-site position with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Basic experience with computers, Internet and email; supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in property management or similar.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Supervise a team of qualified Team Members delivering safe service and customer care.
• Monitor building systems and report hazards to Community Manager.
• Maintain safety standards and train Team Members on safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and MORGAN Operations manual.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for building interiors and exteriors.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and ensure timely completion.
