Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance technician to manage interior and exterior upkeep of communities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and supportMake-ready inspections to prepare vacant units for leasing.

Role requires EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills. You’ll work on-site in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with opportunities to contribute to cost-control and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required for HVAC work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to sites.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders for maintenance requests and routine upkeep.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and common areas per Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by others and coordinate vendors when needed.
• Assist with budgeting and cost-control in repairs.
