Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires on-site attendance, a strong focus on preventing hazards, and a commitment to exceptional customer and resident relations. Compensation reflects market norms and includes a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff and vendors.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory with budgetary awareness.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Plan and oversee make-ready, repairs, and rehabilitation activities.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
