Job summary

Royal American Companies seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to preserve and upkeep multiple properties. Under supervision of the Community Manager, you will apply OSHA standards, manage repairs, and maintain safety policy compliance while building relationships with residents and vendors.

You'll handle preventative maintenance, coordinate with the regional team, and participate in standby shifts for evenings and weekends as needed to keep the properties in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform varied maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on property equipment and systems as per manuals.
• Inspect units, common areas and grounds; report and repair issues promptly.
• Maintain safety records, attend trainings, and ensure OSHA policy adherence.
• Assist with preventive maintenance planning and vendor coordination.
• Standby for evening, weekend or holiday coverage as required.
