Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking a part-time Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the upkeep of our property under direct supervision of the Community Manager. This role requires adherence to OSHA standards, safety policies, and professional conduct while maintaining building systems and common areas.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, coordinate with vendors, keep accurate records, and be available on-call.

Qualifications

• Formal training or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and AC
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read English and follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on apartments per schedules
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policy
• Maintain records and reports
• Assist in on-call standby coverage and after-hours tasks
• Train colleagues as needed
