Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community maintenance program and preserve asset value. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety, and maintain a professional work environment in line with OSHA standards.

You will report to the Community Manager, supervise a Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper, and work to deliver timely service requests while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance staff meetings and any special or emergency meetings
• Direct the maintenance operations of the property
• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment
• Manage maintenance staff including hiring, ongoing training, and developing
• Assign tasks, supervise and evaluate staff
• Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
• Develop a sense of community among residents and staff
• Maintain active and effective communication with residents and parents
• Follow up on completed maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
