Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance program across the community, preserving asset value and ensuring a safe living and working environment. You will lead a maintenance team and coordinate with the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include organizing staff meetings, implementing a preventative maintenance program, managing budgets and purchases, and responding to resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance staff meetings and ensure an OSHA-compliant work environment
• Direct the maintenance operations of the property and perform daily inspections
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Assist in budgeting and procuring supplies within the budget
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on bids for capital projects and contracts
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintain resident communication
• Oversee safety, incident reporting, and emergency procedures
