Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community facilities program, lead the facilities team, and manage preventative maintenance and capital projects. The role focuses on timely service completion, safety, and curb appeal, with strong vendor relations and budget discipline.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in facilities maintenance and hold CPO/EPA certifications, plus proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience required.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and curb appeal opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to support capital projects and annual Turn contracts.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies, parts, and tools in accordance with the maintenance budget.
• Communicate with Community Manager regularly regarding maintenance or budget items.
• Assist with developing, maintaining, and managing spending in maintenance category items.
• Ensure timely completion of the site Facilities Plan and PM program including inspections, air filter changes, safety equipment checks, and annual requirements.
• Assist with planning and implementing Annual Turn activities: move-in/move-out, inspections, trash-outs, and punch list repairs.
• Implement and participate in on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and provide superior customer service.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of Facilities Team members.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Policies & Procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by Community Manager.
