GMH Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Clemson, SC. The role reports to the General Manager and leads the maintenance team, handling work orders, unit and grounds upkeep, and resident service excellence on a tight budget.

The position requires hands‑on maintenance, weekend/on‑call availability, and strong organizational skills. 3+ years in maintenance and HVAC certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC I/II certification required.
• 3+ years apartment/hospitality maintenance preferred.
• 2–3 years managing a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance team and schedule tasks.
• Manage work orders and quality standards.
• Ensure resident relations and service quality.
• Assist with turnovers and move‑ins.
• Maintain safety and curb appeal standards.
• Respond to emergencies per policy.
