Job summary

Columbia Residential Properties, LLC is seeking a Community Service Supervisor - HVAC to oversee maintenance teams at the Mechanicsville Senior community in Atlanta, GA. The role manages repairs, preventative maintenance, and budget adherence for the property, ensuring high-quality service to residents.

The candidate will supervise maintenance staff, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with the Community Manager and Regional Service Manager.

Qualifications

Education: High School/GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years related maintenance experience.
Certifications: HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification; CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and EPA Universal certificates preferred; Valid Driver’s License.
Other: Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days; must maintain own tools and reliable vehicle.
Must demonstrate safe work practices and align with company values.

Responsibilities

Provides maintenance and repairs across multiple trades for apartment communities.
Establishes on-call emergency maintenance and daily work schedules for staff.
Oversees on-site safety, conducts regular inspections, and maintains safety binder.
Assists in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.
Oversees make-readies, preventative maintenance, and small construction/rehabilitation projects.
