Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor and outdoor areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the community. You will diagnose and repair issues, manage make-ready processes, and help uphold Greystar’s quality standards.

The role requires HVAC-related certifications as applicable, use of tools, and strong customer service. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may be necessary to support resident needs.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal where required for HVAC work.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in resident units and common areas.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and equipment.
• Inspect work by teammates and contractors; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies; manage within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
