Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep, curb appeal, and on-site personnel at our properties. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, safety, and timely response to resident needs.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating contractors, and maintaining documentation for all site activities. A GED or high school diploma and 1-2 years of related experience are required; HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Proficient with MS Outlook or similar email/calendar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
• Inspect community grounds and perform daily curb appeal tasks.
• Oversee maintenance of vacant units and preparation for occupancy.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors at the site.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and tools.
