Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep of our on-site apartments. You will manage the maintenance team, perform inspections, and ensure curb appeal and safety.

This role requires 1–2 years of experience, a GED, and HVAC/EPA certification preferred. You will coordinate with the Property Manager and contractors, keeping records and maintaining common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Language: read, write, speak basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math: basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, percentages.
• Reasoning: follow instructions, solve basic problems with few variables.
• Computer Skills: beginner MS Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain landscaping and curb appeal; snow removal as needed.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and records are kept.
