Kittle Property Group, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Launch Social Living to oversee daily maintenance, curb appeal, and on-site staff. You will manage grounds, coordinate unit turns, and ensure timely repairs.

Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, scheduling preventative maintenance, supervising contractors, budgeting, keeping records, and assisting residents after hours to uphold a well-maintained community.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience is preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret basic instructions and reports.
• Basic math and analytical skills are required.
• MS Outlook familiarity is expected.

Mansioni

• Monitor maintenance expenses to stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning and maintain curb appeal.
• Coordinate turn-overs for vacant units and prepare units for occupancy.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative tasks.
• Supervise contractors and maintain records of work performed.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain logs for weather, snow removal, and site activities.
