Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance supervisor to manage daily upkeep of properties, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure curb appeal and preventative maintenance standards are met.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of maintenance experience, the ability to read and interpret instructions, and basic MS Outlook skills. This is an on-site position with responsibility for resident safety and property conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math and data interpretation (rates, ratios).
• Beginner experience with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, lawn and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors on-site and provide resident support after hours.
