Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations on-site. You will oversee a team of technicians, grounds staff and porters, ensuring timely repairs, preventive maintenance and preparedness of vacant units for occupancy.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenses, coordinating contractor work, and maintaining common areas, equipment and records. HVAC experience is preferred and the role requires strong organization and leadership in a residential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math: basic arithmetic, rates, percent and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they are below budget.
• Perform daily site inspections of community grounds.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of landscaping, snow removal, and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, grounds staff, and porters; oversee contractors.
