Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee curb appeal, daily maintenance, and site personnel for our community. The role includes inspecting grounds, keeping costs below budget, and ensuring units are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities cover preventative maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and supervising contractors, with an emphasis on safety and record-keeping. Prior experience and basic HVAC/EPA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred.
• Language skills – read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Math skills – basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, and graphs.
• Reasoning skills – follow simple instructions and solve basic problems.
• Computer skills – beginner experience with MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain maintenance records for units and the site.
• Maintain tools and equipment and provide personal tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
