Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns (painting, diagnosing, repairs).
• Inspect buildings/grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with outside contractors.
• Provide after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
