Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Washington to join a two-property portfolio (Auburn & Federal Way). The role emphasizes frontline customer service, swift response to requests, and reliable upkeep to ensure safe, clean living spaces.

You will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate repairs, and supervise after-hours emergencies while maintaining precise records and coordinating with contractors. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns including painting, diagnosing problems, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform emergency after-hours maintenance as required.
