Job summary

Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure excellent maintenance services for residents. The role requires strong customer service skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. A full benefits package is offered, including medical, dental, and a retirement savings plan upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Painting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure work orders are completed promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform emergency maintenance as required.
