Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across residential properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee make-ready efforts to ensure vacant units are prepared to high standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software preferred.
Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Affordable housing experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related trade preferred.
Dedicated to exceeding expectations with accountability and reliability.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing work orders from resident service requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs.
Oversee the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments, including inspections, task lists, scheduling, and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards across the community, including grounds and common spaces.
Inspect the building daily and address safety issues promptly.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Make budget recommendations for maintenance line items to the Community Manager.
Order and maintain inventory of building materials and supplies.
Coordinate with contractors to obtain bids for repairs and replacements.
Ensure upkeep of common areas and grounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
