Job summary

T&H Investment Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to partner with the Community Manager to ensure safe, well-maintained apartment communities. The role requires at least three years in multi-family maintenance and strong budgeting and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a multi- family apartment setting or equivalent.
• Experience in estimating maintenance and repair timelines and costs for work that needs to be completed.
• HVAC and EPA Certification
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, maintenance, and repairs of the apartment community.
• Plan ahead by ordering supplies and scheduling work.
• Manage large capital projects, including bidding and supervising contractors.
• Lead maintenance staff and create a teamwork environment.
• Ensure work is within budget and meets company standards.
• Coordinate after-hours on-call maintenance emergencies.
