Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Ensure vacant apartments are restored to rent-ready status in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records per EPA/OSHA standards and company policies.
• Monitor property condition and report unsafe conditions to prevent hazards.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on budgeting and approvals for repairs and replacements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule.
• Train and motivate maintenance team, uphold safety and performance standards.
