Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Orlando to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes budgeting contributions and managing a team of maintenance staff, sub-contractors, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating make-ready units to rent-ready status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair on electrical, plumbing, A/C, appliances, flooring, lighting, and fixtures.
• Maintain records related to EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures and make-ready status.
• Coordinate and oversee work by sub-contractors; ensure timely and proper completion within budget and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean maintenance shop with adequate inventories of parts and tools.
• Communicate goals with the Property Manager and train/mentor maintenance staff.
