Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, A/C and appliances.
• Ensure vacant apartments are restored to “rent ready” status in a timely manner per policy.
• Maintain accurate records regarding EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, service requests, and budget data.
• Coordinate and oversee work by sub-contractors and communicate with the Property Manager.
