Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our OKC/Norman properties. You will perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and inspect systems to ensure safety and quality across multiple units.

You will handle tenant requests, refurbish residences before occupancy, and participate in on-call emergency responses, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with tenants, contractors and team in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs to facility systems.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems.
• Conducts quarterly preventive maintenance for plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Handle tenant service requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Performs general safety repairs on-site to protect property and residents.
• Refurbishes residences prior to occupancy.
• On call for emergencies.
