Leisure Living is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our communities in Michigan, ensuring safe and efficient operation of buildings, grounds, and equipment. The role requires coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance and housekeeping staff, and managing budget-conscious projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with three years of building maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep the building and equipment operable.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, safety equipment, HVAC systems and grounds.
• Inspect and oversee repairs to structure including windows, doors, roofing and exterior siding.
• Coordinate grounds maintenance and snow removal; shovel/salt walkways as needed.
• Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of spaces.
• Maintain records of repairs, purchases, and expenditures.
