Job summary

LR Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to support the Property Manager with safety, maintenance, and equipment needs across the property. The role emphasizes team coordination, budgeting, and coordinating preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a multi-family setting, HVAC and EPA certifications, and experience with Yardi. Strong communication and scheduling skills are essential to keep timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.
• HVAC and EPA Certification are required.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on site operations.
• Schedule projects in vacant apartments to ensure timely completion.
• Manage large capital projects, including bidding and supervising contractors.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues.
